ABOUT THESE TERMS

These terms cover use of Flow Wave Warriors Academy ("FWWA") websites, our

staff and family portal, and our communications, including text messaging.

By using our services you agree to these terms.

SMS / TEXT MESSAGING TERMS

FWWA sends text messages to parents/guardians and staff who have asked to

receive them — including lesson confirmations, lesson reminders, and staff

schedule notifications.

- Consent to receive text messages is optional and is never required to

enroll or to receive any service.

- Message frequency varies based on your scheduled lessons and program

activity.

- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

- Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from text messages.

- Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at info@flowwwa.com.

- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

PORTAL ACCOUNTS

Portal accounts are for FWWA staff and authorized users. You are responsible

for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. We

may suspend accounts that are misused.

PROGRAMS AND SCHEDULING

Lesson schedules may change due to conditions such as weather, surf, and

staffing. We communicate changes as early as we can. Program participation is

subject to the agreements and authorizations in place with each family and

payer.
