Flow Wave Warriors Academy ("FWWA," "we," "us") provides adaptive surf

lessons and related programs. This policy describes how we collect and use

personal information in connection with our programs, our website, and our

staff and family portal.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information that families and staff provide to us directly:

participant and parent/guardian names, contact details (email address, phone

number), scheduling preferences, and program-related information needed to

deliver lessons safely.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use contact information to operate our programs: scheduling lessons,

sending lesson confirmations and reminders, communicating schedule changes,

and coordinating with the regional centers and payers that authorize

services. We use staff contact information for scheduling and work-related

notifications.

TEXT MESSAGING

With your consent, we send SMS text messages such as lesson confirmations,

lesson reminders, and staff schedule notifications. Consent is optional and

is never required to enroll or to receive any service. Message frequency

varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by

replying STOP to any message, or get assistance by replying HELP.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for

marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and

consent are not shared with any third parties.

SHARING

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to

operate our programs — for example with the service providers that power our

scheduling portal and communications (under confidentiality obligations), or

with regional centers and payers as required to authorize and bill for

services.
