Flow Wave Warriors Academy offers intentionally designed group surf experiences for parties of three or more, including customized corporate retreats and team-building sessions.

Rooted in over 25 years of experience working alongside the neurodiverse community, our approach goes beyond teaching people to stand up on a wave. We create supportive, structured experiences that build confidence, communication, trust, and connection both in the ocean and within your team.

Each session is tailored to your group’s goals and skill level, whether you're planning a leadership retreat, company offsite, or meaningful group gathering. From first-time surfers to seasoned riders, our surf coaches foster a calm, encouraging environment where real growth happens naturally.

All equipment is included, just show up ready to engage.

A portion of every booking supports Flow Surf Academy, helping fund free and subsidized surf therapy programs for neurodiverse athletes.
